We’re getting married and we would love to have you join us in celebrating our wedding at Ava Cancun All Inclusive Resort in Mexico!

Come enjoy a great all inclusive resort experience where all your meals, and alcohol are included with your stay while you celebrate our wedding with us.
To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, KJ Worldwide. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.

We ask that you book your stay directly from this site. Please note, detailed travel information is within the reservation request form, and after it. This is where all pertinent travel information can be found including requesting reservations, making payments on your trip, as well as booking your transfer to and from the resort.

In order to take advantage of the group pricing, all guest must have their reservations for the hotel made by May 15, 2025. All reservations will need to be paid in full by May 15 , 2025.

We are currently holding rooms from November 8, 2025 – November 13, 2025. However, you may book any dates you wish through this website (if we are not holding the room, our travel agent will request it be added to our group). Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort. All bookings for the wedding must be made through this site.
Just provide all information below to submit your booking. Since we are not a live booking website (we have real people behind the scenes), we will secure and hold your reservation and send it to you to review before moving forward with charging your card. Check-in Policy:
Check-in begins at 3pm Guests arriving earlier than 3 pm are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready. The hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Check-out is 11am
